Winter Vegetable Fried Rice
This winter vegetable fried rice brings cabbage, carrots, and snow peas together with leftover brown rice and egg, and is a nutritious, flavorful dish with a little kick. It's simple to make in a wok or skillet.

- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced or Shaved
- 2 Cups chopped Green Cabbage
- 1 Cup shredded Carrots
- 1 Cup Snow Peas
- 1/2 Cup chopped White Onion
- 1/2 Cup bean sprouts
- 2 Cups cooked Brown Rice
- 1/3 Cup chopped Green Onion
- 3 Tablespoons low-sodium soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Hot Chili Sauce, or more to taste
