Broiled Lobster Tails

This lobster tail recipe seasons whole lobster tails with melted butter and paprika, then cooks them under the broiler for a delectable dinner for 2.

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
  3. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. With a sharp knife or kitchen shears, carefully cut the top side of lobster shells lengthwise. Pull apart shells slightly, and season meat with equal amounts of melted butter, paprika, salt, and white pepper.
  4. Broil lobster tails until lightly browned and lobster meat is opaque, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges to serve.
