Candied Almonds
These candied almonds are quickly cooked with sugar, cinnamon, and water for a crisp, sugary coating. They're a sweet, crunchy snack great for gifts.

- 2 cups whole almonds

- Gather all ingredients. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
- Combine sugar, water, and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Add almonds; cook and stir mixture until liquid evaporates and leaves a syrupy coating on almonds.
- Pour almonds onto the prepared baking sheet; use two forks to separate clumps and spread into an even layer.
- Allow to cool for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
