Easy Peach Cake
This peach cake recipe is incredibly quick and easy to make with juicy fresh peach slices in summer, but it's just as delicious with canned peaches.

- 3 egg, beaten
- 1¾ cups white sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
- ½ cup chopped pecans

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
- Combine eggs, sugar, and oil in a large bowl; stir in flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Fold in peaches and pecans; pour cake batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
