Inside, you’ll find catering menus, and a list of our A La Carte Entrees, Party Trays and Charcuterie Appetizers, plus pricing for our famous Hand-Breaded or Grilled Chicken.

Our A La Carte Entrees menu features flavorful Mostaccioli with Meat or Meatless sauce, authentic Polish Sausage and Kraut, Baked Ham with sweet Pineapple Glaze, smoky BBQ Rib Tips, top-quality Certified Angus Roast or Italian Beef and,of course, Strack’s famous Fried or Grilled Chicken and our Mashed Potatoes. Other A La Carte options come in half trays that serve 10 to 15 people and full trays for 35 guests. Give us 24-hours’ notice and you can start the morning with our Breakfast Casserole that feeds nine.

Spectacular sides include Our Own Homestyle or Mustard Potato Salad, Creamy Macaroni Salad, Our Own Cole Slaw, Gourmet Red-skinned Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni and Cheese, Veggies, Tossed Salad or Spinach Pasta Salad.

Looking for some help in planning your menu? Try Strack & Van Til Deli Party Packages including Chicken Party, Party Feast, All American Picnic, Classic Buffet, American Favorites and a Taste of Italy. All are designed to serve a minimum of 25 people.

If you prefer party trays, we have premade sandwiches and Hye Roller wraps, Party Wings, Taco Layer or Spinach Dips, gourmet cheeses, fruits and vegetables, freshly sliced meats and cooked shrimp trays. Party Trays are sized to serve a minimum of 10 to 15 diners.

“If you don’t find what you were planning on serving your guests in our brochure, we would be happy to create a custom menu for you as well,” said Strack & Van Til Deli Director Kristin Snow.
