Grilled Corn on the Cob

Grilled corn on the cob with butter wrapped in foil and cooked until tender and delicious is the easiest way to serve sweet corn all summer long!
Makes:6 servings


  • 6 ears corn
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
  2. Peel back corn husks and remove silk.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper on each piece of corn. Close husks.
  4. Wrap each ear of corn tightly in aluminum foil.
  5. Cook on the preheated grill, turning occasionally, until tender, about 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
