No purchase or store visitation necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Indiana, illinois, AND Michigan who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void outside indiana, illinois AND michigan and where prohibited by law.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
By participating in this Sweepstakes (as defined below), you are providing your information to Strack & Van Til (“Sponsor”).  Sponsor and its affiliates reserve the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes, including information on contestants obtained through the Sweepstakes, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
HOW to enter the sweepstakes: Go to the Strack & Van Til Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/StrackAndVanTil and post a comment stating who the winner of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament will be in response to a Sweepstakes-specific post.  When using a web-enabled mobile device, data rates apply. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. Not all mobile devices offer wireless internet (the “Internet”) access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.  Limit of ten (10) entries per person during the Promotion Period (as defined below). Any entry information collected for/from the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules.  All entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period to be considered a valid entry.
SWEEPSTAKES Period: The Coca-Cola Choose the Champ Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) starts on March 17, 2025 at 10:00AM CT and ends on April 7, 2025 at 12:00PM CT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.
PRIZES: Forty (40) winners will each receive a Five Hundred Dollar ($500) Strack & Van Til Gift Card.  Total RV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes: Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000). All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of qualified eligible Entries are received. If an insufficient number of qualified eligible Entries are received, all Entries who comment the winner of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament on the Sweepstakes-specific post will receive a prize.
Random DRAWING: Forty (40) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period who guessed the correct winner of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship game to receive a Five Hundred Dollars ($500) Strack & Van Til Gift Card.  All drawings will take place on or around April 8, 2025. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by direct Facebook message.
PRIZE PICK-UP & restrictions: Prizes must be picked up within thirty (30) days of winning at the Strack & Van Til Corporate Office located at 2244 45th Street, Highland, IN  46322 or at their local Strack & Van Til store with valid photo identification. Winner may waive his or her right to receive the prize. Prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. Prize may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by winner. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prize is subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prize. Winner will be required to complete, sign, notarize and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release certifying that he or she has complied with the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes before the prize will be awarded. Failure to sign and return the affidavit of release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Under no circumstances will more than forty (40) prizes be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation. Prize not won and claimed by eligible winner in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.
Potential winner notification, clearance, AFFIDAVIT and RELEASE: The potential winners will be contacted by the Sponsor and may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where legal, a publicity release (the “Documents”). The completed Documents must be returned to the Sponsor no later than thirty (30) days after winning and during pick-up of the prize (as detailed above) or the prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded to an alternate potential prize winner. If a potential prize winner (a) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by the Sponsor; or (b) fails to timely return the completed Documents within the time specified herein; or (c) refuses the prize; or (d) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, then such potential prize winner will be disqualified and forfeits all rights to be deemed the winner and an alternate potential prize winner will be notified, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
TAXES:  Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and may be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received. The Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the promotion based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Entities (as defined below).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the states of Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and non-employee workers of the Sponsor, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, L.L.C., Reyes Holdings, L.L.C., The Coca-Cola Company, other Coca-Cola bottlers, and their respective, parents, members, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees of companies that are involved in the development or execution of the Promotion (collectively “Released Entities”), and the immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Each entrant (the “Entrant” or “Participant”) by participating in the Promotion agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Void outside Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
GENERAL: By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor and its judges and administrators, which are final and binding in all respects. Non-compliance may result in disqualification. You are not a winner unless and until you have fully complied with the Rules and all award processes have been completed (including affidavits and any verifications required by Sponsor). Paperwork must use your actual name and residential address (as on your driver’s license or government ID) (no P.O. boxes). Entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Winners may not substitute, transfer or redeem for cash all or any part of prize. If, for any reason, a prize cannot be awarded or winner is not capable of redeeming, Sponsor is not obligated to award it and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, whether or not to substitute the prize (or portion of prize) with a prize of comparable or greater value or cash value or select an alternate winner for forfeited prizes. If, for any reason, more prizes are available or claimed than the stated number, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly draw winners from eligible claimants. Winners are solely responsible for any expense or item not specifically awarded in the Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  
USE OF NAME/LIKENESS: By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant the Sponsor permission to use your personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants hereby acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor (and its designees) the right to use winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising purposes in any medium, without further compensation, except as prohibited by law.
ACCOUNT HOLDER: If disputed, entry will be deemed made by the natural person who is assigned to the account by the applicable provider or organization that assigns the phone, email or other account number. 
LIMITATIONS of liability: The Released Entities above assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to the participant’s or to any other person’s computer/mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download any materials from the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. With regard to this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor will only contact those Entrants deemed as potential winners for purposes of clearance and awarding of the prize. These Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the Sweepstakes based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Entities.
VIOLATIONS: Sponsor may, in its sole determination, disqualify anyone it believes has not complied with the Rules, may be tampering or acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, harassing or threatening manner.
CHANGES: Sponsor may, in its sole determination, cancel or modify any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Rules for any reason which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems affects the promotion, execution or administration of the Sweepstakes (whether tampering, technical or human error, application of new or existing laws/regulations, or other issues). 
LIABILITY RELEASE: All Entrants, as a condition of Entry into the Promotion, agree to release and hold harmless the Released Entities from and against any and all liability, loss, claims, demands or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, costs, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: (a) Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or accessing the online entry form; (b) submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion; (c) the delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded, including but not limited to claims of personal injury, illness/death (e.g., COVID-19) and/or property damage; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of the offering of the prize; or (e) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action.   Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and consent to the use of their names, address, photographs, any statements made by Entrants, actual or simulated likenesses, and/or biographical information for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes in perpetuity, throughout the universe, by Sponsor and its designees in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, without notice or further compensation, unless prohibited by law.   Entry and participation in the Sweepstakes shall be done at each Entrant’s own risk. Released Entities shall not be liable whatsoever for any claims, injuries, damages, or losses to any person or property, of any kind, including, but not limited to, any personal injury, death, damage to or loss of property, technical failures or disruptions, and any resulting direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, that may occur or result, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entry and participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, receipt, or use or misuse of, or any activity or travel related to the acceptance, receipt, or use or misuse of, the prize, or any portion thereof.
NO WARRANTY: ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
GENERAL: Any attempt by a person to use multiple accounts to enter more than once will result in disqualification. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or illegible entries. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW: Entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or collective action, and exclusively before a court located in the State of Indiana; (b) to the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial in any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winners; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorney’s fees; and (d) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant, Sponsor and/or the Released Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflicts of law principles or rules.
