Strack & Van Til does Angus Beef one better with custom marinades

Meat lovers rejoice! Your favorite tender and juicy Certified Angus Beef – a cut above USDA Prime, Choice and Select, and the most luxurious beef – is now available in marinated varieties at your local Strack & Van Til Food Market.
Visit the Meat Department and you’ll find Strack & Van Til’s new signature steak line, made with premium Certified Angus Beef cuts and marinades in chef-created flavors from Golden West Food Group.
Choose from an array of Certified Angus Beef cuts, including lesser-known options such as flat iron steaks, flank steaks and tri-tip, as well as traditional top sirloin and sirloin meat. Once you make your selection, your meat is paired with a marinade such as Classic Steakhouse, Carne Asada, Honey Bourbon, Kansas City BBQ and more.
“These high-quality products are delicious, and quick and easy to prepare.” Meat Department Director Gary Teachman says. “For those who enjoy meat, this is the best of both worlds: cuts of beef that meet stringent quality standards to earn the Certified Angus Beef label married with tasty marinades that add tenderness and outstanding flavor.”
Marinated Certified Angus Beef is now available in all Strack & Van Til stores throughout Northwest Indiana.
“Offering convenient new products is another way that Strack & Van Til makes our customers’ lives easier,” says Teachman. “Offering our own line of marinated Certified Angus Beef makes their meals more delicious.”
