August is National Peaches Month. Try out our Peachy Bacon and Brie Grilled Cheese to celebrate. It’s an elevated take on a grilled cheese sandwich.
4 slices of ciabatta bread
3 Tablespoons Clearly Butter
6 slices cooked bacon
1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
4 slices of brie cheese (about 2 ounces)
4 sweet basil leaves (optional)
On a grill pan or panini press arrange 2 slices of buttered ciabatta bread. Place heat on medium. Layer 2 slices of brie cheese on each piece of bread. Then layer basil, peaches, and bacon on the bread. Top sandwich with another buttered piece of ciabatta bread. Heat evenly on each side until the cheese is melted and bread is toasted as desired. Cooking time and temperatures may vary with different types of pans or panini presses.
