1 cup Clearly Organic Oats, ground 

1 cup all-purpose flour 

1 Tablespoon Cleary Organic Milled Flaxseed  

1 teaspoon baking soda  

1 teaspoon baking powder  

1 teaspoon Clearly Organic Cinnamon  

2 eggs 

2 Tablespoons Cleary Organic Olive Oil 

1/4 cup milk 

1/4 cup Clearly Organic Honey 

1/2 cup orange juice 

1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped 

Zest from 1 orange  


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan with Clearly Organic cooking spray. In a large, bowl combine ground oats, milled flax seeds, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, oil, milk, honey and orange juice. Beat liquid ingredients with a whisk until well blended. Add wet ingredients to the flour mix and stir until just combined. Gently fold in chopped cranberries and orange zest. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let bread cool completely before slicing.
