Bacon Caramelized Onion Sliders


16-ounce ground sirloin

Salt and pepper

4-ounce Mascarpone cheese

8-ounce CreamyGorg cheese

8 mini pretzel buns or pretzel dinner rolls

Caramelized onions with rum

16 slices of bacon, cooked

Baby watercress


Combine beef with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Shape into 2-ounce patties. Refrigerate patties until ready to cook. In a bowl, mix Mascarpone cheese and CreamyGorg cheese until creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use. Grill or pan-grill burgers over medium heat on a lightly oiled grill. Cook thoroughly on each side. Toast buns cut side down on the grill. Assemble sliders with 2 tablespoons caramelized onions, grilled burger, 2 slices of bacon, 1/4 cup cheese mixture and baby watercress. Makes 8 sandwiches.
