INGREDIENTS
1 organic yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup organic yellow pepper, chopped
1/2 cup organic orange pepper, chopped
2 Tablespoons Clearly Organic Olive Oil
2 cloves organic garlic, minced
1 pound grass-fed organic ground beef
1 Tablespoon Clearly Organic Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Clearly Organic Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Clearly Organic Garlic Powder
1 (28oz) can Clearly Organic Crushed Tomatoes
1 (8oz) can Clearly Organic Tomato Sauce
1 (6oz) can Clearly Organic Tomato Paste
1 cup Clearly Organic Vegetable Broth
1 can Clearly Organic Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can Clearly Organic Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can Clearly Organic Sweet Corn
DIRECTIONS:
In a large pot add olive oil and onion. Sauté on medium heat for about 8 minutes then add chopped pepper and garlic. Continue sautéing until vegetables are softened. Place grass-fed meat into the pot and cook until the meat is evenly browned about 8 minutes. Season the meat and vegetables with chili powder, cumin, and garlic. Stir to combine then add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and paste. Simmer on low for 15 minutes then add vegetable broth, rinsed beans, and sweet corn. Stir to combine and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!
