Apple Crisp Baked


5 cups fresh apple slices

1/2 cup Clearly Organic Sugar

1 teaspoon Clearly Organic Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Clearly Organic Vanilla



1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/3 cup Clearly Organic Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 cup Clearly Organic Brown Sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Clearly Organic Cinnamon

1/4 cup butter, melted



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8×8 baking dish with Clearly Organic pan spray and set aside. Core, peel and slice about 6 fresh apples.

Combine apple slices, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Stir until apple slices are evenly coated.

In a separate bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Stir dry ingredients, then pour melted butter over the top so contents are evenly coated.

Place apple slices in greased baking dish. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples.

Bake in a preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until apples are fork tender. Let cool for 30 minutes. Enjoy with vanilla bean yogurt or ice cream!
