Prevent fruit flies and household flies. Mix apple cider vinegar with a little dish soap and water. Leave the bowl on your kitchen counter to keep flies at bay.

Make poached eggs. Add vinegar to hot water before poaching eggs. A splash goes a long way in helping the egg whites firm up more quickly and efficiently.
Make a buttermilk substitute or vegan buttermilk. To make one cup of buttermilk, mix one tablespoon vinegar plus enough milk to measure one cup. Plant based milk or cow’s milk can be used in this application. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes.

Mold killer. To get rid of mold without harsh chemicals, mix apple cider vinegar with a few drops of tea tree oil in a spray bottle. Spray on mold and let dry naturally.
Whiten your teeth. Mix apple cider vinegar with a little baking soda. The foaming action can help whiten teeth.
Clean stuck on grease from a slow cooker or kitchen appliances. Make a paste with apple cider vinegar, baking soda, and a few drops of dish detergent. Brush on the grease spots and let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse clean.
Bathroom cleanser. Get soap scum off bathtubs and most shower doors with equal parts vinegar and water mix. Spray on and wipe clean, as usual.
