Savor a gooey Swiss and Mushroom burger or relish the taste of a Cheddar burger, each of which pairs well with grilled onions. Indulge in the Cheddar Bacon burger, made with smooth Wisconsin cubed cheddar cheese and savory bacon. For an added kick, opt for the Pepper Jack Bacon burger.

“The burger, cheese and bacon combination is a tasty winner every time,” says Meat and Seafood Department Director, Gary Teachman. “And who doesn’t like bacon?”

Craving a Black and Blue burger done right? The Strack & Van Til’s Blue Cheese pub burger fits the bill. Spice up your menu with the Mozzarella Italian burger or enjoy the Strack & Van Til time-honored classic Black Pepper burger.

Prefer other proteins? Turkey pub burgers are just as scrumptious on the grill as the beef options. The Buffalo turkey pub burger is made with spicy turkey, and the Spinach Feta turkey burger is a mix of flavors that’s a treat for your tastebuds.

If you’re looking for burgers with benefits, the freshly made salmon burgers in the Strack & Van Til Seafood Department provide all-important omega-3s. Enjoy Zesty Dill, Cajun, Spinach Feta and Garlic Parmesan.

“This is the best sausage you’ve ever eaten, ” notes Teachman. “Our Famous sausage is made fresh from the finest ingredients, including fresh pork and our signature seasonings.”
