Most often, the Sneak Peek for the next week’s ads are live on Tuesday, and the sales in this ad go live on Wednesday, but holidays and sales events may impact this and result in new ads being released on another day.
The sneak peek of the weekly ad is generally available every Tuesday. The release of our ads may vary based on holidays and events that happen throughout the year.
Please reload and refresh our weekly ad web page. Reloading or refreshing the webpage solves this problem for most occurrences. If the problem persists, one of two things may be the cause. 1) You are using and old or out of date browser. Or 2) Please check the effective dates listed online above each week’s ad. The Sneak Peak is only available the last day of the current ad.

We can’t guarantee exact delivery times as they are out of our control. While our vendor partners communicate with the Postal Service regularly, timing can vary. If your ad arrives late, please reach out to your newspaper delivery person or mail carrier.
Login, Password and Online Support
You can find a store near you by selecting “Locations” on the main navigation menu. When you click on it, a drop-down menu will appear where you can choose the store location nearest you.
The website will save the selected location as your home store.
No. You don’t need to login to view our weekly ads. Just click the button at the top of the page that says “WEEKLY AD” and select the store location you shop.
To view your coupons, go to the homepage and click on the SVT Rewards and Coupons.

Online Shopping
Our Strack and Van Til Team shops orders.
You will receive a notification once your order is ready to pick up. In the app, you’re able to notify us when you’re on the way or when you’re at the store. Make sure to park in the designated spots and one of our team members will bring out the order.
Our third party vendors are responsible for delivering your order.
Our delivery fee is $6.95 with a minimum order of $30.00. There is no fee for pick up orders. Delivery minimums excluding EBT and subscription orders.
Yes! As long as the shopper has not started shopping your order, you are able to edit your order and add/remove items. Once your order is being shopped, you will be able to communicate with your shopper.
During the shopping experience, you are able to specify your replacements. Also, you are able to text you shopper if you prefer another item or you need to add an item to you order.
Refunds for amounts $20.00 and over require the order and proof of purchase () to be returned to the location shopped. Refunds less than $20.00 may be made by coming to the location or calling the location of the purchase. () Proof of purchase includes: order number, receipt on your phone, name, and phone number.
When you register, use your rewards account details. After logging in, you can visit the coupon page to clip coupons, check points and club progress. You can also earn points by shopping online! See Rewards Made Easy for more details about the Program.

Yes! We have our weekly ad prices and regular store prices online. Also, our items are separated according to branch!

Rewards Made Easy
- Digital coupons are savings that manufacturers pass on to customers in the form of a digital coupon
- To take advantage of these digital coupons a customer must create a rewards account by downloading our Strack & Van Til app in the Google Play Store or iOS App Store or visiting our website (strackandvantil.com and click on SVT Rewards) from your phone, tablet, or computer.
- After logging into your account, scroll through and clip the coupons you would like to use. By clicking the clip button on the coupon, it will be downloaded to your account.
- If a coupon requiring the redemption of points is clipped, the points will automatically be deducted from your account whether the coupon is redeemed or not
- Customers are responsible for any applicable tax
- At the checkout, enter your phone number on the payment terminal (or show the barcode in the app) and purchase the product(s). The applicable digital coupon(s) will automatically be pulled from your account and applied to your order
- Digital coupons may only be redeemed one time unless otherwise noted
- You earn 5 points for every dollar you spend. You can redeem these points for discounted and/or free products
- Points are awarded for qualifying purchases which includes all items sold in stores except prescriptions, tobacco, tobacco-related products, alcohol, lottery, and prepaid or gift cards (*)
- Points expire 90 days after issuance. Details regarding points, purchases, and adjustments may be found by selecting rewards then clicking the ‘See Details’ button of the Points section
Manufacturers will provide extra deals to customers that are loyal to their brand which we pass along in the form of a Club or an Offer. An example of a club: purchase 10 bags of a specific salad within the required time limit and receive a free bag of salad on your next shopping trip. Clubs don’t require you to clip any coupons. They are automatically activated with the purchase of the required item(s) – providing you entered your phone number or scanned the bar code
Present receipt to customer service. They will need the name and phone number associated with your Rewards Account. Points will generally be added for receipts within 14 days of the purchase date
Yes. Coupons can be unclipped before they expire. Simply click in the green section of the clipped coupon. The coupon will be unclipped and if points were redeemed to clip the coupon, they will be added back to the account
Every effort is made to only display coupons for products carried. On occasion, coupons may be shown for products out of stock or discontinued
No. The Rewards Program and your information is owned by our store and managed by the program developer. It is not shared with third parties except to the extent necessary to administer the Rewards Program
No. Simply enter your phone number or show the bar code from the app to be scanned
No. Rewards are not transferable
No. An e-mail is required to be eligible for all features of the program. Without the necessary information, you will be unable to collect or redeem discounts
- Indiana Grocery Group, LLC (dba Strack & Van Til) has the right to inactivate a rewards account for any misuse and/or activity that is deemed fraudulent or deceptive
- The use of Strack & Van Til Rewards account is limited to personal purchases only. Grocery delivery service personnel are forbidden to use their personal rewards account for purchases made on behalf of our customers. At a minimum, the rewards account will be inactivated. Grocery delivery service representatives must also consult guidelines and requirements set forth by the company for which they are employed
